In its history, The Flatley Company has developed, owned and managed over 10,000 apartment units, 6 Health Care and Rehabilitation Centers serving more than 1,000 patients daily, 18 hotels, 14 retail centers and shopping malls and 7 million square feet of office/industrial space. These efforts were spread across 7 states, 56 cities and towns and consisted overall of approximately 24 million square feet of space.

The Flatley Company’s emergence as a leader in real estate development in the northeast has been due, in large part, to our philosophy which emphasizes the fulfillment of community needs as the logical approach to development.
