Always searching for ways to better the organization, John’s best resources can be found by soliciting ideas from tenants and employees.


Bill Bush - Vice President, Real Estate

Bill has worked for The Flatley Company in various capacities for more than 22 years and is responsible for managing the Real Estate Division. His position enables him to be involved in a diverse work environment overseeing leasing, daily operations coupled with high maintenance standards, construction and tenant relations. He believes that superior customer service is the key to The Flatley Company’s long term success and strives to keep his team focused on this every day.


Linda Dauphinee-Quinn

Controller, Real Estate

Linda began her career at The Flatley Company over 30 years ago in the Accounting Department, working in multiple divisions of the Company, before assuming the Controller position in Real Estate in 2007. She watches over Company assets and is always looking for cost-effective ways to conduct business. Linda and her team scrutinize all charges and payments and have an excellent track record in passing along savings to tenants.


Dee Minnock

Vice President, Leasing and Marketing

Dee is originally from County Offaly in Ireland and has managed The Flatley Company’s Leasing and Marketing efforts for the past 9 years. She primarily leases space to new tenants and renews existing tenants in Braintree Hill Office Park. She works with the Real Estate team to ensure that all new and existing tenants have everything they need for a smooth move-in. She also manages the Company’s Website and Marketing efforts.



Patty Harford

Lease Administrator

Since arriving at The Flatley Company in 1988, Patty has held several administrative assistant positions and is now responsible for a variety of matters, including leasing documents and maintenance of legal files. Once negotiations are finalized and approved by Senior Management, it is time for her to get the documents prepared and out the door in a timely manner for the process to continue to the next level. Patty is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the insurance programs for the Company.

Al is a graduate of Mass Maritime specializing in facilities management and has been in Property Management for 13 years. He manages all building facilities at Braintree Hill Office Park including HVAC and mechanical operations, overseeing the grounds keeping, and supervising the maintenance staff. Al is charged with creating and maintaining a corporate standard for the buildings at Braintree Hill that adheres to its mission of tenant satisfaction, energy efficiency, sustainability, and stringent standards of quality.

Property Manager, Schrafft’s City Center

Steve has been with The Flatley Company since 2004 managing the one million square feet at the Schrafft’s City Center in Charlestown. He works with his entire Team keeping this very busy complex operating smoothly and efficiently. Steve prides himself on building strong tenant relationships through high-quality service.

Jay has been with The Flatley Company since 1999-assisting with the management of the Schrafft’s City Center complex in Charlestown. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and is known for his sense of humor.
