The Company’s current portfolio includes Braintree Hill Office Park in Braintree, MA, Schrafft’s City Center in Charlestown, MA and buildings and development sites in Crown Colony Park, Quincy, MA. Bill Bush

Vice President, Real Estate

Bill has worked for The Flatley Company in various capacities for more than 23 years and is responsible for managing the Real Estate Division. His position enables him to be involved in a diverse work environment overseeing leasing, daily operations coupled with high maintenance standards, construction and tenant relations. He believes that superior customer service is the key to The Flatley Company’s long term success and strives to keep his team focused on this every day.

Linda Dauphinee-Quinn

Controller, Real Estate

Linda began her career at The Flatley Company over 31 years ago in the Accounting Department, working in multiple divisions of the Company, before assuming the Controller position in Real Estate in 2007. She watches over Company assets and is always looking for cost-effective ways to conduct business. Linda and her team scrutinize all charges and payments and have an excellent track record in passing along savings to tenants.

Dee Minnock

Vice President, Leasing and Marketing

Dee is originally from County Offaly in Ireland and has managed The Flatley Company’s Leasing and Marketing efforts for the past 10 years. She primarily leases space to new tenants and renews existing tenants in Braintree Hill Office Park. She works with the Real Estate team to ensure that all new and existing tenants have everything they need for a smooth move-in. She also manages the Company’s Website and Marketing efforts.

Bonnie Frazier

Lease Administrator

For over 30 years, Bonnie has worked in Lease Administration and has held positions with various commercial office and retail companies representing the Landlord and the Tenant.  In addition, she has performed abstracting of leases on a consultancy basis.  At The Flatley Company she is responsible for preparing a variety of lease documents for execution once the negotiation phase is finalized, as well as processing the documents after the execution phase.  Bonnie is also responsible for preparing the construction contracts for our properties.

Al Pettinelli

Property Manager, Braintree Hill Office Park

Al is a graduate of Mass Maritime specializing in facilities management and has been in Property Management for 13 years. He manages all building facilities at Braintree Hill Office Park including HVAC and mechanical operations, overseeing the grounds keeping, and supervising the maintenance staff. Al is charged with creating and maintaining a corporate standard for the buildings at Braintree Hill that adheres to its mission of tenant satisfaction, energy efficiency, sustainability, and stringent standards of quality.

Tammy Long

Administrative Assistant

For over 20 years, Tammy has worked in commercial real estate administration and has held positions with several general contracting companies.  At The Flatley Company, she works for the Property Management Division assisting the Property Manager with various projects and is responsible for assisting tenants and vendors with any of their day-to-day needs. Tammy efficiently maintains all work orders and successfully manages the operations of the Property Management Office.

Lisa Hogan

Administrative Assistant

Lisa is new to the Flatley Company, joining the staff in December, 2017.  While new to property management, Lisa brings over 15 years of customer service and member engagement to the front office.  Lisa is an invaluable member of the Schrafft’s team and routinely goes above and beyond in her administrative duties.  As a people-oriented person, Lisa is driven by customer service and excels at being adaptive and a true problem solver all with a smile on her face.  Every day presents new and exciting challenges and as a member of the Flatley team at Schrafft’s, Lisa is excited for the opportunity to assists tenants and their employees in gaining value from their experiences as members of the City Center workplace community.

Dorothy Fennell

Transportation Services Coordinator

The Flatley Company welcomed Dorothy  in Spring, 2018.  While new to property management, she has been providing quality customer service and thoughtful problem solving within the Parking and Transportation sector for over 10 years.  Dorothy’s interests in workplace commuting is rooted in her belief that multi-modal transportation solutions are a viable strategy for improving the urban landscape.  She views streets as one of a city’s most valuable resources and strives to work on projects that target traffic congestion, enhance economic opportunity and improve public health through transportation-focused efforts.  As part of the Flatley team at Schrafft’s, Dorothy is eager to work with all City Center tenants and their employees in improving the workplace commuting experience by finding solutions matching their lifestyles and budgets.
