Maintenance Requests

All maintenance requests should be submitted electronically and new tenants will be provided with the information for same at the time of move-in. In the event of an emergency the tel # for our maintenance dept. is 781-848-2003.

Flatley Company amenities in Braintree Hill Office Park

Operates between Braintree Hill Office Park and Quincy Adams T Station, Monday thru Friday.

VPNE shuttle service

Times are approximate, typically the shuttle will arrive at the front of the buildings in 20 – 25 minute intervals in the morning & 30 – 35 minute intervals in the afternoon.

Time Comments
6:00 am – 10:00 am
6:15 am First morning shuttle departs Quincy Adams T Station & stops at the passengers’ buildings and returns to Quincy Adams T Station for continuous service between T Station and BHOP.
8:00 am Shuttle begins to stop at each BHOP building with continuous service until 10:00 a.m.
 There is no service between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
3:00 pm – 6:30 pm
3:00 pm First afternoon shuttle departs BHOP for Quincy Adams T Station for continuous service between BHOP & T Station.
6:00 pm Last shuttle pick-up begins at BHOP.

The shuttle runs between the Quincy Adams T Station and the following properties:

  • 15 BHOP
  • 25 BHOP
  • 30 BHOP
  • 35 BHOP
  • 45 BHOP
  • 50 BHOP

The shuttle is not in service on weekends or major holidays.

Fitness and Physical Therapy Center

The Fitness and Physical Therapy Center is located in the lower level of Building 25 and is operated by Kennedy Brothers.

They offer:

  • Wide range of modern cardio and weight equipment.
  • Locker rooms and showers.
  • Fitness class twice weekly.

Membership costs $30/month and is available in month-to-month increments. Price reduced to $25/month for direct withdrawal. No initiation or cancellation fees.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday  6 am – 9 pm, Friday 6 am-6 pm, Saturday 8 am – 1 pm

Child Care Center

The Bright Horizons Child Care Center is located on the lower level in Building 25, and can accommodate infants, toddlers, preschool ages and kindergarten prep.

Overnight Parking

 Tenants who need to leave their vehicle parked overnight in BHOP must complete the “Overnight Parking” form and fax it to 781-849-4425 prior to leaving their vehicle. Please feel free to contact us with questions at 781-848-2003. Flatley Management Company, LLC will not be responsible for any vehicles left overnight.

Winter Parking

During snow storms all overnight parking of vehicles is prohibited at Braintree Hill Office Park.

Company vehicles which cannot be relocated off site during the snow removal process, will be assigned to a designated parking location. Please complete the “Company Vehicle Registration” form and fax it to 781-849-4425. A representative from our operations team will contact you to review your snow removal parking assignment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at 781-848-2003.

Flatley Management Company, LLC will not be responsible for any vehicles left overnight which may be damaged, removed from the site or are inaccessible due to the snow removal process.

Dry Cleaning Services

Braintree Cleaners provides a free pick up and drop off service to BHOP Tenants on demand. Please call Chuck Kokoros at 781-843-6933 to set up an account or for further information. Ace Dry Cleaning services BHOP tenants and they drop off and pick up on Mondays and Thursdays.
