Located 9 miles south of Boston, Crown Colony Park is a mixed-use complex located in Quincy, at the I93 and Route 3 interchange.  Crown Colony Park is located adjacent to the Quincy Adams Red Line “T’ station and includes 1.5 million square feet of Commercial Office space, a Full-Service Marriott Hotel, Bright Horizons Day Care Center, and a New Luxury Apartment Complex.

2000 Crown Colony

2000 Crown Colony is considered the “Crown Jewel” of the Crown Colony Park.  It sits high within the Park with great views of Boston, Boston Harbor, Blue Hills and beyond.  The Flatley Company, long term holders of real estate, built, own, and manage this 240,000 – sf building.

2000 Crown Colony is currently undergoing a major renovation to its common areas.  The Café and Lobby are being upgraded and a fitness facility is being added.  Work is to begin this summer and finish by the end of the year.

Development Sites

There are two development sites being offered by The Flatley Company totaling 19 acres with the potential for 360,000 SF of office space.

The larger site (16.5 acres/300,000 SF) is located adjacent to the 2000 Crown Colony building and can accommodate one single tenant building or be divided into 4 separate office buildings ranging from 30,000 SF to 86,000 SF.

The smaller site (2.4 acres/60,000 SF) is near the Marriott Hotel. It is fully permitted and is ready for construction. The site is ideal for a medical office with a large parking ratio including covered parking.

Both sites can accommodate ground leases or “build to suit” possibilities and there is ample parking available.

Directions

From the North

Take 93 South towards Quincy. Exit left on Exit 7 toward Braintree. Take Exit 19 towards Quincy Center Burgin Pkwy. At the first traffic light turn left on Centre St, and your first left onto Crown Colony Drive.

From the South

Take I95 North. Continue on I93 N to Burgin pkwy. Take exit 7 towards 3S. Keep right and continue to exits 18-19. At first traffic light turn left on Centre St, and your first left onto Crown Colony Drive

Public Transportation

Take the Red Line to Quincy Adams T Station, and there is a free shuttle service to all the buildings at Crown Colony Park.
